HDSA Convention Registration
The 2003 HDSA National Convention will be held in Houston, Texas from June 6-8.
Convention Hotel
Inter-Continental Houston 2222 West Loop South Houston, Texas 77459
Hotel rates are $112 for a single, double, triple and a quad. These rates apply three days before and after the Convention. Rates are subject to state and local taxes. Cut off date for room reservations is May 14.
NOTE: There are only 14 handicapped accessible rooms and they are being booked fast!

Yes, there is a pool this year! So start planning to arrive in Houston a day earlier, June 5th, for this special event! Besides the Pie-In-The-Face-Contest there will also be a Split The Pot!! drawing to help raise funding for the 2004 Hunt-Dis Convention Scholarship Fund!

The chair of this year's Convention Steering Committee is Mark Morris a member of HDSA's National Board of Trustees.
The Convention's Opening Session will start at 9:00 AM on Friday, June 6. The Family Services and Care Forum will take place that same morning and the Research Forum is scheduled for Saturday morning.
A Convention reception will be held Friday evening. The Generation 2000 Dinner, including the Awards Ceremony and Dance, will be on Saturday night. |
Educational workshops and sharing sessions will take place on Friday and Saturday afternoons and on Sunday morning.
Special sessions and activities will be planned for members of the National Youth Alliance.
A program outline will be available before mid February, 2003.
