Ah, whether we admit it or not, we all need support! I urge anyone living with Huntington's Disease to seek out the support of your nearest HDSA Chapter, an HD Support group or an HD Center of Excellence. You can find any support groups currently in your state by going to the HD Support Information website and clicking on your state's page.
There are also several excellent on-line support groups for when you have a question in the middle of the night or when no one else understands. These are some of the most warm and loving people you'd ever want to meet. They were my rock in the difficult years of caring for Kelly.
